DMK president M.K. Stalin announced that a high-level meeting of the party's district secretaries resolved to conduct comprehensive public outreach meetings across all districts on November 16 to explain the resolutions approved by the General Council. Stalin outlined that alongside large-scale district public meetings, party workers will carry out grassroots door-to-door veranda campaigns, known as thinnai pracharam, to interact directly with local families and discuss pressing state issues.

Stalin emphasized that the DMK believes in deep, sustained engagement with common citizens rather than relying exclusively on media broadcasts. Taking the General Council's policy declarations directly to village squares and neighbourhood verandas allows cadres to explain the party's stand on state rights, agrarian relief, job creation, and price rise. This direct communication strategy aims to inform the electorate about alternative welfare policies and expose administrative decay under the incumbent government.

The party president directed district secretaries to coordinate closely with local constituency wings and ensure mass participation in both rallies and door-to-door campaigns. Stalin affirmed that active cadre involvement at the street level will energize the organization and build an invincible democratic movement across Tamil Nadu.
