DMK president M.K. Stalin delivered a scathing address during an election campaign rally in the Nanguneri Assembly constituency, taking sharp aim at Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami's self-praising administrative claims. Responding to the Chief Minister's boast that his administration possessed an ISI quality certification mark for excellence, Stalin remarked that the AIADMK regime deserved a quality hallmark solely for rampant corruption, systemic bribery, and total political subservience to the Bharatiya Janata Party government at the Centre.

Stalin asserted that beneath the glossy claims of efficient governance lay an administration deeply compromised by tender manipulations, institutional decay, and betrayal of state interests. From implementing regressive taxation policies to meekly acquiescing to educational centralization through NEET, the state leadership had dismantled Tamil Nadu's autonomy to protect personal political interests. Stalin emphasized that public resources were routinely looted through syndicated kickbacks while ordinary citizens languished without drinking water or rural employment.
