DMK president M.K. Stalin formally inaugurated the second phase of his vigorous election campaign across the Nanguneri Assembly constituency, soliciting votes for Secular Progressive Alliance candidate Ruby R. Manoharan of the Indian National Congress. Highlighting the candidate's exemplary credentials, Stalin emphasized that Manoharan had served with honor in the Indian Armed Forces for fifteen years, demonstrating selfless patriotism, disciplined service, and dedication to defending the country.
Stalin stated that electing a seasoned military veteran like Ruby Manoharan to the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly would guarantee devoted, honest, and energetic representation for the people of Nanguneri. He contrasted Manoharan's public-spirited background with the self-serving political conduct of ruling party leaders who compromised state rights for personal gain. Stalin urged electors to vote decisively on the 'Hand' symbol, assuring that the candidate would work tirelessly to address agrarian distress, promote youth employment, and modernize local infrastructure.
The DMK leader called upon party cadres and allied workers to maintain tireless canvassing across every village booth. He expressed firm confidence that the electorate would reward disciplined service and integrity by delivering a memorable electoral victory.
