DMK president M.K. Stalin conducted an extensive campaign tour across several rural localities in the Vikravandi Assembly constituency, including Ariyur and Vengamur, interacting directly with voters to seek support for the party. Addressing large crowds along the route, Stalin emphasized that the by-election offered an exceptional opportunity for citizens to register their democratic protest against the ruling AIADMK administration. He characterized the state government as completely subservient to the BJP-led central government, abandoning Tamil Nadu's legitimate rights and federal autonomy.

Stalin pointed out that on critical issues such as NEET implementation, GST compensation, hydrocarbon projects, and the Mekedatu dam controversy, the state government had completely surrendered Tamil interests to retain administrative power. He highlighted that while ordinary citizens struggled with price rises and agrarian distress, the ruling administration focused solely on safeguarding its precarious legislative majority. Stalin affirmed that only the DMK-led Secular Progressive Alliance possessed the strength and political resolve to resist authoritarian central policies.

The DMK leader urged voters in Ariyur and Vengamur to vote decisively on the Rising Sun symbol, transforming the by-election into a historic victory.
