DMK president M.K. Stalin presided over a major organizational induction ceremony at party headquarters in Chennai, formally welcoming prominent political leader Bharani E.A. Karthikeyan, who resigned from the Amma Makkal Munnettra Kazagam, along with hundreds of his grassroots supporters from Pudukkottai district into the DMK. Stalin congratulated the new members for aligning with the Dravidian movement, stating that the continuous influx of experienced leaders and cadres from rival outfits demonstrated widespread confidence in the party's democratic leadership and political vision.

Stalin urged the newly joined cadres to work with dedication, discipline, and unity alongside local party functionaries to strengthen the DMK's organizational base across every village and municipality in Pudukkottai district. He noted that the public in Tamil Nadu had recognized the DMK as the only credible political platform capable of providing clean administration and defending state rights against central encroachment. Stalin emphasized that the party welcomes all progressive citizens committed to social justice, state autonomy, and public welfare.
