DMK president M.K. Stalin expressed profound shock and indignation after a sixth-standard examination paper at a Kendriya Vidyalaya school featured questions propagating caste discrimination and communal stereotypes. Stalin stated that framing questions that associate specific social identities with prejudice in a central school curriculum directly corrupts young minds and violates fundamental constitutional values. He called upon the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development to immediately investigate the episode and prosecute those responsible under relevant criminal statutes.

Stalin pointed out that educational institutions must serve as sanctuaries of equality, scientific rationalism, and constitutional fraternity rather than instruments for indoctrinating impressionable children with feudal prejudices. Introducing divisive questions in school assessments reveals dangerous efforts by reactionary elements to normalize caste discrimination and communal hatred within the national education system. Stalin warned that such insidious practices severely jeopardize the social fabric and psychological development of school children.

He demanded that the central government initiate stringent punitive measures against the question paper setters and supervisory officials involved.
