DMK president M.K. Stalin sharply questioned the AIADMK administration on several urgent medical admission issues, demanding full transparency regarding the legal status of Tamil Nadu's anti-NEET legislation. Stalin pointed out that more than a month had elapsed since the announcement of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test results, yet the state government had failed to release the official medical admission merit list, subjecting thousands of aspiring students and their families to severe mental anxiety.

Stalin demanded that the Chief Minister clarify the government's official stance on the central government's controversial ten percent reservation for economically weaker sections among forward castes. He warned that implementing this quota would dilute the state's hard-won 69 percent affirmative action framework, which guarantees fair representation for backward, most backward, and scheduled communities. Stalin emphasized that reservation is a constitutional instrument to remedy historical social oppression rather than a financial assistance scheme.

He declared that the DMK will resist every covert scheme designed to undermine social justice in Tamil Nadu. Stalin reaffirmed his party's unyielding determination to defend the state's egalitarian admission policies against both central imposition and state complicity.
