DMK president M.K. Stalin strongly condemned the Bharatiya Janata Party-led central government and the state AIADMK administration for systematically denying employment opportunities to local youth in Tamil Nadu. Stalin announced that upon assuming office, a DMK-led government will enact and enforce robust policy measures ensuring 90 percent reservation for Tamil youth in all central government establishments, railway zones, postal circles, and public sector undertakings operating within Tamil Nadu.

Stalin pointed out that recruitment drives by central public sector enterprises and departmental offices in the state had witnessed an alarming influx of non-local candidates, while qualified local Tamil youth were unfairly sidelined. The ruling state administration had completely failed to assert Tamil Nadu's rights or challenge biased recruitment procedures conducted in non-local languages. Stalin emphasized that every state has a legitimate responsibility to protect the economic future and employment rights of its native youth. He asserted that local hiring is crucial to guarantee administrative efficiency, linguistic accessibility, and fair regional economic growth.

Stalin affirmed that the DMK will relentlessly champion youth employment and state autonomy. He promised that the party will dismantle discriminatory recruitment practices and restore dignity to Tamil Nadu's educated workforce.
