DMK president M.K. Stalin addressed a vibrant campaign meeting in Thiruparankundram assembly constituency, appealing to voters to cast their ballots for the Rising Sun symbol in the bye-election. Addressing an energetic gathering of youth, women, and alliance cadres, Stalin declared that defeating the corrupt AIADMK dispensation was imperative to uphold Tamil Nadu's political self-respect and restore accountable administration.
Stalin detailed how the incumbent AIADMK regime had subordinated Tamil Nadu's interests to the central BJP government merely to stay in power, neglecting state rights, financial autonomy, and educational fairness. In Thiruparankundram, prolonged administrative indifference had left urban wards without dependable water supplies and rural hamlets without adequate irrigation channels. Youth faced limited employment opportunities, while small traders and artisans suffered from economic slowdown. Stalin promised that a DMK administration would champion youth employment, provide robust support for traditional handicrafts, and renovate temple town infrastructure to improve civic standards.
Stalin urged voters to reject corrupt inducements and exercise their franchise with democratic courage. He affirmed that an emphatic DMK victory in the bye-elections will pave the way for progressive governance across Tamil Nadu.
