DMK president M.K. Stalin expressed profound satisfaction and gratitude over the vast and spontaneous public reception extended to him during his campaign tour across the Thiruparankundram assembly constituency. Stalin declared that the overwhelming enthusiasm displayed by women, small traders, agricultural laborers, and youth reaffirmed that the DMK-led Secular Progressive Alliance is poised for a resounding victory across all four assembly bye-elections scheduled for May 19.

Stalin observed that everywhere he traveled—from congested municipal streets around the ancient temple to distant agricultural hamlets—the prevailing public mood reflected profound weariness and indignation toward the unprincipled AIADMK administration. People expressed severe disappointment over the complete absence of local development, soaring living costs, unfulfilled job promises, and rampant bribery in public offices. He emphasized that voters understood that these bye-elections provided the constitutional leverage needed to bring down an anti-people regime that had surrendered Tamil Nadu's autonomy to New Delhi.

Stalin affirmed that the DMK stands ready to assume governmental responsibility, restore fiscal discipline, safeguard democratic rights, and provide accessible, progressive, honest, and dedicated administration for all citizens across every corner of Tamil Nadu.
