Editorial context

DMK president M.K. Stalin sounded the resounding battle cry "Naadum Namadhe, Naarpathum Namadhe" (The nation is ours, and all forty seats are ours), calling upon voters across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry to rally behind the Rising Sun symbol. Stalin asserted that securing an absolute sweep across all forty parliamentary constituencies was essential to dismantle the divisive, autocratic Narendra Modi regime in New Delhi and liberate Tamil Nadu from the clutches of an illegitimate, corrupt AIADMK state government.

Stalin emphasized that this electoral contest was a decisive battle between social justice and communal polarization, federal democracy and centralized despotism, honest governance and rampant administrative looting. Under the BJP-AIADMK combine, Tamil Nadu's constitutional rights, financial share of central revenues, and youth employment prospects had been decimated through unfair policies like NEET, GST, and neglect of basic agrarian distress. In contrast, the DMK-led Secular Progressive Alliance represented a unified vision for secular harmony, economic dignity, and state autonomy.

Stalin appealed to every section of society—farmers, weavers, workers, women, and youth—to vote decisively on April 18 for the Rising Sun symbol to reclaim state self-respect and lasting prosperity.

This is an initiative of unofficial DMK and Dravidian Ideology supporter, a fan of Thanthai Periyar, Perarignar Anna and Kalaignar — not affiliated with any official DMK party or persons.
