DMK president M.K. Stalin reiterated the clarion call "Thamizh Maanam Kaappom" (Let Us Safeguard Tamil Dignity), declaring that the upcoming general election represented a decisive historic struggle to defeat both domineering external forces and subservient internal rulers. Stalin emphasized that the people of Tamil Nadu had reached a point of collective revolt against the authoritarian BJP regime at the Centre and its submissive, corrupt ally, the AIADMK administration in Chennai.

Stalin pointed out that the central government had systematically undermined Tamil Nadu's constitutional status, fiscal autonomy, and cultural heritage through unilateral decisions like GST, NEET, and language hegemony. Rather than resisting these detrimental moves, Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswami had completely surrendered every legitimate state power simply to safeguard his ill-gotten wealth and avoid prosecution. This cowardly capitulation had brought unprecedented disgrace to a state that had always championed self-respect, rationalism, and social justice.

Stalin called upon every self-respecting Tamilian to rise above sectarian divisions and exercise their democratic franchise decisively on April 18. He urged citizens to vote for the Rising Sun to restore Tamil honour, democratic federalism, and social justice.
