DMK president M.K. Stalin delivered a biting satirical critique against Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswami for claiming during campaign speeches that even with a magnifying glass, no one could find a single flaw or shortcoming in the AIADMK administration. Stalin retorted that nobody required a magnifying glass to uncover the regime's monumental corruption, because Palaniswami's new alliance partner, PMK founder Dr. S. Ramadoss, had already researched, compiled, and published a comprehensive book documenting the extensive financial scams of the AIADMK government.
Stalin recalled that just months before sealing their opportunistic electoral alliance, Dr. Ramadoss had submitted extensive memorandums to the Governor and released a detailed dossier titled "AIADMK-vin Oozhal Pattiyal" (List of AIADMK's Corruption). The publication cataloged massive kickbacks in highway contracts awarded to Palaniswami's relatives, gutkha scam payoffs pocketed by ministers and top police officials, municipal bleaching powder scams, and rampant bribes in teacher recruitments. Stalin remarked that the very person who documented their institutional plunder was now sharing the election dais with them, proving the utter shamelessness of both leaders.
Stalin urged the electorate to read this verdict as an opportunity to end the corrupt dispensation.
