He observed that central investigative agencies were being increasingly weaponized to target opposition leaders, harass non-BJP state administrations, and disrupt legitimate administrative governance. Stalin affirmed that such unilateral actions constituted a direct assault on the constitutional compact that guarantees autonomy to constituent states within the Indian Union.
