DMK president M.K. Stalin condemned the state AIADMK administration for its obstinate refusal to engage in meaningful negotiations with agitating government employees and school teachers across Tamil Nadu. Stalin observed that expecting basic administrative fairness from Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswami was futile, as the head of government had demonstrated utter indifference toward the legitimate livelihood demands of public servants who form the administrative backbone of the state.

Stalin appealed directly to striking employees and educational staff to maintain fortitude, offering reassurance on behalf of the Dravidian progressives. He affirmed that upon the DMK returning to power following the assembly elections, the new government would promptly address all outstanding employee grievances and fulfill their fair demands. In addition, Stalin gave an explicit guarantee that all vindictive administrative actions, arbitrary police arrests, transfers, suspensions, and punitive measures initiated by the AIADMK regime against protesting workers would be completely rescinded.

Stalin reiterated that public servants perform crucial roles in delivering governance and welfare to ordinary citizens. He emphasized that the DMK had consistently maintained an empathetic partnership with government personnel and teachers throughout its governance history, promising that an accountable administration would restore their legitimate rights and dignity.
