Editorial context

DMK president M.K. Stalin launched the party's redesigned official website, marking the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the historic Justice Party. Commemorating the historic milestone in Chennai, Stalin emphasized that the digital platform embodies the DMK's renewed commitment to the core principles of social justice, rationalism, equality, and regional linguistic pride that have guided the Dravidian movement for over a century.

Stalin recalled that the South Indian Liberal Federation, popularly known as the Justice Party, was established in November 1916 to challenge caste-based hegemony and secure proportional representation for non-Brahmin backward classes in public education and employment. That pioneering struggle laid the groundwork for affirmative action policies, communal reservations, and inclusive educational reforms that transformed Tamil Nadu into a progressive welfare state.

Stalin explained that the modernized website will serve as an interactive bridge connecting party ideology with contemporary youth and the global Tamil diaspora. He affirmed that the DMK will leverage modern digital technology to propagate the egalitarian legacy of Periyar, Anna, and Kalaignar, ensuring that the struggle for social emancipation and state autonomy continues with vigor. He emphasized that digital tools will amplify regional voices across global platforms.

This is an initiative of unofficial DMK and Dravidian Ideology supporter, a fan of Thanthai Periyar, Perarignar Anna and Kalaignar — not affiliated with any official DMK party or persons.
