DMK president M.K. He observed that ministers, from the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister downwards, were engaged in aggressive competition to maximize illegal wealth through inflated contracts, percentage cuts, and systematic bribery.

Stalin emphasized that the corruption network encompassed cabinet ministers, their extended relatives, benami corporate conduits, and complicit administrative bureaucrats who facilitated unlawful clearances and bypassed tender norms. He cautioned cooperating officials that hiding behind ministerial directives will not grant them immunity from criminal prosecution once independent investigative bodies examine the fraudulent transactions and statutory audit trails in detail.

Stalin declared that a DMK administration would institute specialized legal mechanisms to recover looted public assets, restore financial integrity, and send guilty individuals to prison through expedited trials.
