DMK president M.K. Stalin addressed a massive public protest demonstration organized by the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam in Salem to denounce the rampant, unchecked corruption of the Edappadi K. Palaniswami administration. He declared that the overwhelming gathering of citizens and party workers represented the decisive prelude to overthrowing an illegitimate government that plundered public funds on a daily basis across every department.
Stalin observed that organizing the major demonstration in the Chief Minister's home district sent a powerful message that people across all regions of Tamil Nadu had completely rejected the corrupt AIADMK rule. He highlighted widespread public outrage over rigged road contracts, civic infrastructure kickbacks, and administrative apathy that had stalled regional economic growth, industrial employment, and farmer welfare throughout Salem and neighboring western districts.
Stalin called upon the democratic electorate and dedicated party cadres to maintain unyielding resistance against administrative malfeasance across every district. He affirmed that the DMK would continue to lead mass public agitations until the corrupt regime is democratically ousted, pledging to rebuild Tamil Nadu on foundations of genuine administrative transparency, social justice, and balanced regional economic progress.
