DMK president M.K. Stalin criticized the ruling AIADMK leadership for completely surrendering Tamil Nadu self-respect and mortgaging vital state rights to Delhi merely to cling to political power. Key federal rights, including education, financial autonomy under the GST framework, and local language identity, had been compromised without resistance by the compliant state administration.
