DMK leader M.K. Stalin called for an exhaustive, impartial, and uncompromising legal investigation into the sequence of illicit financial operations unmasked by tax authorities, ranging from the massive 2016 cash seizure linked to Karur Anbunathan to the latest Income Tax raids targeting proxy business associates of Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami. Stalin insisted that investigative agencies must vigorously pursue every shred of evidence without yielding to political interference or clandestine backroom compromises.

Stalin underscored that identifying and convicting corrupt politicians and their financial conspirators is an urgent constitutional necessity. More importantly, he demanded that the state and federal authorities take immediate legal steps to confiscate and return every single rupee of plundered public funds into the government exchequer. Allowing billions of looted state revenue to remain in private circulation while ordinary public services suffer from budgetary starvation degrades the economic foundation of Tamil Nadu.

Stalin affirmed that the DMK will persistently hold ruling elites accountable before the law. He declared that justice cannot be complete until those who embezzled public wealth face stringent court convictions and the looted resources are returned to serve societal welfare.
